Children policy
Age restrictions: KidZania is designed for children aged 4 – 14 years. If your child is 8 years or over, you can check them in and pick them up at the end of their 4-hour slot. All children 0-7yrs must be accompined by an adult 18+
Voucher redemption
Vouchers must be redeemed with The Original Tour staff at any of our bus-stops or at the Original London Visitor Centre located at 17-19 Cockspur Street, Trafalgar Square, SWIY 5BL. Upon redemption, the customer receives a ticket to Hop-On Hop-Off the bus as well as a voucher to KidZania London. From the time of validation, your Kidzania voucher is valid for entry up to 7 days.
